Lakewood Ranch, Fla., Oct. 21, 2020 —Tim & Crystal O’Donohue have joined the Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) Foundation Board. The couple are owners of Castle Gate Farm, LLC., the Ocala region’s premiere equine center featuring a thoroughbred and equestrian show jumping facility.
Tim and Crystal graciously hosted the FCS Foundation’s Second Annual Farm to Table event on their Ocala property in February 2020. The event raised over $200,000 to help adult cancer patients in need of financial assistance. Crystal actively participated on the planning committee and is very involved in the local community. Tim previously served on the Landmark Benefits INC Board of Directors that ran the largest fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire, and Crystal was a volunteer for the semi-annual events.
Together, they will now take an active leadership role in support of the FCS Foundation’s mission to provide essential non-medical financial support to cancer patients throughout Florida. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded nearly $7 million in grants.
Tim is also president of New Age Software Services Corp., based in Hampstead, NH, which provides a range of information technology and software engineering services. After receiving his undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Tim worked as an account manager supporting financial services clients in New England.
Crystal serves as a partner for New Age Software Services Corp., with a focus on providing executive support. Prior to relocating to Florida, she was employed with His & Her Hair Looks in Burlington, MA. She is a former board member of the Parkland Horseman’s Association.
FCS Foundation Board Chairman Dr. Michael Diaz said, “The O’Donohue’s expertise and perspective as community residents and business leaders will be immensely valuable to our efforts in assisting cancer patients throughout Florida. We are delighted to welcome Tim and Crystal to the Board.”
“We are grateful to Tim and Crystal for their involvement. By generously sharing their time and talents, they are helping to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults who are living with cancer,” said FCS Foundation Executive Director Lynn Rasys.

About Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation:
The Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation (FCSF) provides financial support to qualified adult cancer patients in the state of Florida for expenses such as rent or mortgage, car payments and utility bills. By giving patients peace of mind in knowing that their bills are being paid while they are undergoing treatment, the FCS Foundation allows them to concentrate on what really matters – fighting cancer.
Due to the generosity of the Florida Cancer Specialists physicians in covering all overhead expenses for the Foundation, 100% of donations received go directly toward paying the essential non-medical living expenses of an adult battling cancer.
